Screening Update

| Grace Medical volunteer physicians, staff and local nephrologists with Traci Cole from Genzyme |
The National Kidney Foundation Serving Kansas and Western Missouri proudly announces more than 11,000 screened for early intervention of kidney disease since 1998. Our screening protocol involves a health history, blood pressure, blood sugar and urine dip stick for protein. In the fiscal year 2009 a staggering 76 percent of the people screened had one or more risk factors for kidney disease. Results like these only strengthen our dedication to the importance of early intervention of kidney disease. Thank you to our volunteers and financial supporters who keep this program alive.
