The WTBBL provides recorded books and playback equipment for any Wisconsin resident (adult or child) who cannot read normal print. All books (best sellers to classics to non-fiction), magazines and news-papers along with equipment is free to anyone who is ‘print handicapped.’ Audio-described videos and DVDs are also available.
