The Florida Suncoast Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is trying to get a better handle on our database by reaching out to families with children with diabetes. We want to know how we may better meet the needs of our families. The more accurate information we have, the better we can communicate and plan programs and services that will be useful. Unfortunately, we realize that much of the information we have is taken from collections of little notes and made from quick phone calls.
