Do You Know Your Kidney Count?

RTMBVWSOSE

Find Out More During March, National Kidney Month

The National Kidney Foundation Serving the Carolinas, South Carolina Region (NKF) urges you to find out a simple number that can save your life, your Kidney Count. Your Kidney Count is a simple number your doctor or healthcare professional can give you that tells how well your kidneys are working to filter waste from your blood. Kidney disease can be prevented or delayed.

Anyone over 18 is welcome to participate in a free Kidney Health Risk Assessment (KHRA) in Columbia during Kidney Month. On March 30, we will have a Kidney Early Evaluation Program, or KEEP, health screening in Summerville. To find out more about Kidney Count or the free screenings, call (800) 488-2277.
