Chef Brandon Thrash

The National Kidney Foundation Serving West Texas is proud to announce Chef Brandon Thrash as our chef for the 3rd Annual Master Chef Dinner. Thrash is a graduate of Sullivan University in Louisville, Ky. He has worked as a chef de cuisine at Polo Grill in Tulsa, as a pastry chef at the corporate dining room of F&M Bank in Tulsa and as a chef in the national television show Make Your Day Count. Chef Thrash has won many competitions, including a gold medal at the Southeast Regional ACF Hot Food Competition; silver medal at a National ACF Competition; first place and People’s Choice at the Bravo Competition in Tulsa; first place in Eli’s National Cheesecake Competition; and a bronze medal at the Leune Commis Competition for the Chaine de Roitisseurs.

Chef Brandon Thrash is currently a culinary instructor at Texarkana College. Prior to that he was a culinary instructor at Oklahoma State University – Okmulgee.

We are honored to have him prepare our “Texas on a Plate,” as he can use his knowledge, creativity and innovation using our local Texas resources and bring them into exquisite dishes.

Please join us in this evening and support the National Kidney Foundation. Come celebrate and support Texas and all it has to offer – and Chef Brandon Thrash!
